Wine Tour

White wine
Experience one of the true joys of Roman life: the enoteca. An enoteca or “wine bar” is the place to go for a business meeting, an after-work chat, or just for a good meal. We will visit two enotecas and taste five different wines from different regions of Italy. Not only will you learn about Italian wine culture but you will be able to impress your friends with your knowledge of wines, wine tasting, and pairing food with wine.

Wine red
Do you think you know all there is to know about wine? You might not need to know how wine is made or what to look for, but do you know anything about wine during the time of the ancient Romans? What the difference between Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is? Why Prosseco is generally cheaper then Champagne? Or that Italy has over 2,500 native grape varieties (the most of any country in the world). The point is, no matter if you are a beginner or a connoisseur, there is always something to learn. And more importantly, always new and different wines to try.
Highlights: Sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, and did we mention wine?!
