Drivers are obliged to inform their passangers when Rate 2 goes into effect.
If part of the ride is out-of-town and passanger will also be returning in same taxi, Rate 1  is applied to the entire trip.
For trips from Ostia Lido towards Rome, Rate 2 applies until the G.R.A. ring road.
